This project, located on the Boulevard d'Italie, one of Monte Carlo's main thoroughfares, involves the demolition and reconstruction of a private town house with a "to be conserved” listed façade. The project will be delivered turnkey, all trade packages.
Throughout the construction phases, ENGECO undertakes to identify the most appropriate techniques, machinery and equipment in terms of acoustic performance, with the installation of perimeter acoustic fencing.
ENGECO regularly communicates with local residents about the progress of the project.
